RELAUNCH SERVICE

Home office desk with laptop displaying West End Styling website, used to represent Selling Point.

A new way to turn around a listing that’s not selling.

“Honestly before the session I had no idea what we could discuss for an hour, but it was worth every penny and so insightful.” - Selling Point Client

Selling Point is a one‑off online consultation for sellers across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire whose property has been sitting on the market with little or no interest.

In a 40‑minute video call, we’ll review your current listing and pinpoint exactly what’s holding buyers back and how to fix it before you lose more time or feel forced to drop the price.

SELLING POINT

For sellers stuck on the market.

Struggling to sell? Wondering what’s putting buyers off? You’re not alone.

In Aberdeen, as many as 3 in 4 homes don’t sell in the same quarter they're listed.

If that sounds familiar, this is the service you need.

For many properties, the right changes to either the listing itself or the way the home presents can improve your chances. Even where challenges are bigger, targeted improvements can still help attract more interest.

Aberdeen flat before / after West End Styling staging, unsold for a year to 8% over asking in 1 week

That’s where Selling Point comes in.

This 40-minute one-to-one video consultation* is for sellers already on the market but not seeing results. We’ll review your online listing together: the photos, the presentation, the wording, and I’ll explain what buyers are likely noticing, questioning, or walking away from.

You’ll get clear, honest feedback and tailored recommendations to help you focus on the changes most likely to make a difference. Whether that's small updates, strategic design changes, or a stronger marketing message, you’ll leave with a clearer path forward.

* This is a live session only. To keep the price accessible, written follow-up notes are not included, so please come prepared to take your own notes and ask clarifying questions as we go.

You'll be asked to provide a link to your online listing ahead of your session and complete a short questionnaire so it can be reviewed in advance, to make sure we hit the ground running.

The goal is simple: to help you understand what’s holding buyers back, so you can relaunch with confidence and increase your chances of turning interest into viewings, and viewings into offers.

Our promise: There’s no expectation or pressure to work with us beyond this session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Most sellers are surprised by how much can be uncovered during a Selling Point session. Before your consultation, your listing is reviewed in advance so we can focus immediately on the things buyers are most likely noticing, questioning, or overlooking. This often includes presentation, photography, wording, positioning within the market, and details sellers simply become too close to see themselves.

No. While presentation is part of it, Selling Point is really about understanding how your property is being perceived online and identifying what may be preventing buyers from taking the next step. Sometimes that involves styling advice, but it can also include photography, layout, buyer psychology, listing strategy, red flags in your home report, incomplete questionnaire or practical improvements likely to have the biggest impact.

Yes. Every session is tailored to the individual property, target buyer, and current market position. You’ll be asked to provide your listing in advance and complete a short questionnaire in advance so preparation can be done before the consultation.

That’s exactly what Selling Point was designed for. In many cases, relatively focused changes to the listing, presentation, or overall strategy can help generate renewed interest and improve how buyers respond to the property.

No. There’s absolutely no obligation or expectation to proceed with any further services afterwards. Selling Point is designed to provide honest, practical advice and give sellers a clearer understanding of what may be holding buyers back.

It was clear lots of preparation had been done prior to our consultation and during our ‘Selling Point’ session there were lots of things in our listing we hadn’t even realised which Victoria brought to our attention.
