It's likely your property is your most valuable asset. Professional staging lets you show it to buyers in its best possible light.
How? Buyers often overestimate costs for noticeable repairs or replacing dated décor. That often translates into a lower offer – or no offer at all. Taking care of the little details, will help make your property feel well maintained and more valuable.
That’s why a well-staged home can give you an edge over the competition. They generally sell faster and for a better price than a non-staged one, spending around half the time on the market.

Home staging and interior design are very different.
Home staging is preparing your property for sale. A professional stager makes the design decisions to make your property appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. The end goal is as quick and profitable a sale as possible.
Interior design is tailored for the specific needs of the individual homeowner, focusing on making your property comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing to your exact needs. In short, your designer will take their time to make your property a home.
Each property is unique, and therefore each project is quoted on an individual basis.
Costs can vary greatly between projects depending on the level of service required.
Factors such as property size, number of rooms, room sizes, whether the property is furnished or unfurnished, the target buyer demographic, level of project management plus additional services required (such as maintenance or decorating) will all impact the final price.
While our average initial staging cost is between 1–3% of your property’s value, please note that individual quotes will vary based on each specific project's requirements and property characteristics. We offer services to meet every budget and work hard to keep our styling costs as low as possible.
Staging your property can help increase the offer value, so the cost of staging could be considered an investment in achieving a higher price, and can generate an average return on investment of 8-10%.* In many cases, the furnishings and other staging contents are also included as part of the sale, allowing you to recoup more of your initial outlay.
Some clients prefer to manage their own projects and require only a Consultation and Home Staging Action Report for guidance and advice on the best staging solutions. Others need a fuller end-to-end service including design, sourcing, project management of trades, and marketing photography.
